Client portal terms

Your login. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what is done with your login. Tell Lanternfield Agency straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Approvals. Nothing goes out in your business's name until it is approved here, by you or someone you have given a login. Check what you approve: approving an item confirms you have the right to publish it.

Your content. The words, images and information about your business stay yours. You let Lanternfield Agency, and the technology it uses, store and process them to provide the services.

Availability. Lanternfield Agency works to keep the portal available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside its control. The portal is provided as is.

Ending access. Lanternfield Agency can suspend or end your access, for example if these terms are broken or your agreement ends.

Lanternfield Agency is responsible for the information about you and your business in this portal, and uses it only to provide its services to you.

The portal runs on software from a technology provider that stores and processes this information on Lanternfield Agency's behalf and under its instructions, using hosting, email and AI services to do so. Reasonable security measures protect it.

To see, correct or delete your information, ask Lanternfield Agency.

Don't use the portal, or the content it makes, to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• send spam or messages people did not ask for;
• mislead people, impersonate anyone, or make false claims about products, health or money;
• publish hateful, harassing, violent or sexually explicit content, or anything that sexualises minors;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the portal or anyone else's account.

Content that breaks these rules can be removed, and access suspended.
